A coach who lives the discipline he teaches — not someone who discovered fitness last year.
I am not here to motivate you.
I am here to guide you with structure, discipline, and experience.
I coach people who are serious about changing their bodies and health — not temporarily, but for life.
I have trained consistently, competed on stage, faced setbacks, refined methods, and learned firsthand what works — and what doesn’t. I have experienced fat gain, fat loss, muscle building, contest preparation, and the physical and mental demands that come with each phase.
This is not theoretical knowledge.
This is lived experience.
At 56, I continue to train and compete — not to impress anyone, but because I believe a coach must embody the standards he expects from his clients.
No gimmicks. No hype. No shortcuts.
I don’t chase trends. I don’t promise unrealistic timelines. I don’t sell comfort.
I build systems that clients can follow — even with busy schedules, work stress, travel, and family responsibilities.
Discipline beats motivation.
Structure beats guesswork.
Consistency beats intensity.
What all successful clients have in common is not talent — it is commitment.
Every plan is:
"Coaching is a process, not a transaction."
I am direct.
I am honest.
I do not sugarcoat feedback.
If something is not working, I will say it.
If effort is lacking, I will point it out.
If expectations are unrealistic, I will correct them.
This approach is not for everyone — but it works.
The strategy call is a conversation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and commitment.
If we are the right fit, I’ll explain the next steps.
If not, I’ll tell you honestly.
Come prepared to be truthful about your habits, effort, and expectations.
